Program Consultation Services

The National Writing Project at West Virginia University also offers consulting services. This service consists of a series of planning sessions with teachers and administrators. Our consultation goals for writing teachers are to: 

• develop and/or evaluate writing programs; 
  
• design and/or help plan curriculum;
  
• professional development; and
  
• research projects.

Dates and Locations

These consultations are flexible in terms of timing and are typically held during or after school at your location.

Fees

The fees for consulting services range from $300 – $3,000 depending on the nature of the project, the time involved, and whether your school or district is affiliated with one or more members of the Writing Project leadership team. Details can be discussed on a case-by-case basis, as the Writing Project’s goal is to put our services in reach of every teacher in West Virginia.
